Run the marketing engine behind our multifamily portfolio — an engine that's largely automated. You'll operate and sharpen AI-driven marketing workflows day to day, so real comfort with large language models and modern AI tools is essential. Marketing is half the job: you'll also track leads, sources, and conversions, and coordinate the full marketing-and-leasing pipeline from first inquiry through signed lease. Hybrid schedule — two days a week in our Lakewood, NJ office, remote the rest. We're looking for someone tech-savvy who picks up new systems fast. No degree required — capability over credentials. $32–$40/hour.
