Principal
As Principal, David leads acquisitions and dispositions, manages Woodlake’s capital stack across lenders and investors, and oversees asset performance throughout the portfolio. Since joining Woodlake in 2014, he has also helped expand the company into new markets and modernize its operating platform through technology, performance management, and forward-looking operating practices.
